1. Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 working day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a very short period. If there will be a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We believe in straightforward pricing with no hidden fees at checkout. Therefore, we are proud to offer free delivery on all orders.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 3 to 7 working days (after the order has been dispatched).

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as postal strikes or severe weather conditions). The estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will typically become active within 24 hours. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Luvia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realise you have made an error, please contact us at info@luviauk.co.uk immediately so we can attempt to correct it before the order is processed.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office. If you are still unable to locate your parcel after 48 hours of the “delivered” status, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the issue promptly with our courier partners.
