To be eligible for a return and a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

5. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note: It may take an additional 5 to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@luviauk.co.uk with photos of the product and the packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately by offering a replacement or a full refund.
